House Made Hospitality wanted the ground floor of Hinchcliff House to be a bustling hub of all-day dining. The brand aimed to reflect the core values of simplicity & sustainability.
Grana – Italian for ‘grain’. A nod to the Italian inspired offering & the in-house mill that produces all the flour for pasta & pasties across Hinchcliff House’s four levels.
The colour palette was inspired by the natural produce that would be used daily at Grana.
The social media messaging focuses on the abundance of fresh, local ingredients.
