We are looking for a motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our talented team. You will bring your natural creative flair, passion for social media marketing and curiosity to learn more and we will support you with opportunities to show your initiative, ongoing professional development and a positive hybrid working environment.
About You:

Key role responsibilities include:
- Developing creative concepts for social media posts that tell a brand story and connect with the target audience
- Creating stills, gifs and video content, using a mix of your own skills and our talented graphic designers
- Writing compelling, engaging and persuasive copy
- Scheduling of social media content
- Monitoring and interacting with engagement on social media platform
- Implementing strategies for growth of social media platforms
- Supporting weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and insights
- Assisting senior team members on day-to-day tasks
Key personal requirements include the following:
- An understanding of social media and eager interest to learn more about its role in marketing
- Design skills using content creation software like Canva, Capcut
- Copywriting skills
- A passion for food and beverage and understanding of Sydney’s hospitality scene
- Ideally you have a marketing degree and/ or 1 year experience in a similar position but we are happy to provide training to the right candidate.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A creative flair and ability to think outside the box
- Awareness of marketing guidelines in the hospitality industry
- Exceptional project management capabilities
